A scam by Estonians Äike Mobility OÜ of Ampler Bikes

We experienced a scam by Estonians

We strongly suspect that they defrauded us before bankruptcy and used our goods as their only assets for auction to dozens of creditors!

Fraudsters: Äike Mobility OÜ  (Already applied for bankruptcy liquidation)

Related company: Ampler Bikes OÜ  (Still operating)

Deceived party: Ancoo Technologies (HK) Co., Limited (Total amount: $14,310)

The general process of the event is as follows

1. It was the first time we received their inquiry in May 2024, after their repeated requests, we agreed that they can pay within 30 days after shipping via DHL.
2. However, they did not make the payment on time, and we urged them many times but no reply.
3. Later, they replied that their order was cancelled and they would not be able to use it until next spring, and asked us to retrieve the battery.
4. Due to the fact that we do not have a company in Europe and the batteries are dangerous goods, we are unable to send them back China, and they are clearly aware of this! We had no choice but to wait.
5. We urged them several times this spring, and later we received their bankruptcy notice!

After we put in a lot of effort to make a claim, their court recommended our product as an auction item to their creditors. The original translation is as follows

Hello, I hereby inform in accordance with § 136 and § 84 of PankrS that Äike Mobility OÜ (bankrupt)  (registry code 16530912) the bankruptcy manager sells bankruptcy assets: Lithium ion battery elements (4500 pcs).
