Custom Battery Pack Disign & Manufacture

Custom Battery Pack

We don't just sell cells, we also help some customers to design and manufacture battery packs.

Most Lithium and Ni-MH custom battery packs require a BMS system (battery management system), which will manage and maintain each cell, improve battery utilization through balancing, prevent battery overcharge and discharge, long life, display a charge status (fuel gauge), and can even include a module to record the battery's using data.

Our technical team can support every part of the process, including 3D construction and drawing design, hardware/enclosure creation, and smart battery management system design and manufacturing using I2C, SMBus, RS485, RS232 or CANBUS protocols.

Our custom battery packs are manufactured for various applications in the medical, military, energy storage, e-bike, electric tool, and other portable devices.

Lithium-Ion Standard Packs:

We assemble Li-Ion batteries packs with high quality cells from well-known manufacturers and UL-recognized components.
All batteries (in shrink tube) are equipped with PCM and 150mm wire.
For easy implementation in your application, all batteries already comply with UN section 38.3. transportation test.
The custom-built PCM ensures high safety during operation.

Lithium-ion / polymer battery certifications

UN regulations (UN 38.3)

All lithium batteries are required to pass section 38.3 testing of the UN Manual of Tests and Criteria (UN Transportation  Test). This regulation applies worldwide for transportation of dangerous goods. Standards for road- (ADR), air- (IATA) and
sea freight (IMDG) refer to this UN3480 regulation.
UN38.3 approval is required to ship production quantities of lithium batteries.

IEC 62133 / CB Scheme

IEC 62133 is the most important safety standard for lithium-ion batteries, including those used in IT equipment, tools,  laboratory, household and medical equipment.
The CB Scheme is essential for various regional approvals (KC, PSE, BIS, Gost, etc.)

UL2054

Standard for Household and Commercial Batteries that applies to battery packs for the US market. The basic requirement for testing according to UL2054 is that the battery cells have been certified according to the UL1642 Standard for Lithium Batteries.
